On March 29, a 4-year-old girl who was riding her bicycle 1 meter away from her mother on the street in Taipei, Taiwan, was attacked and beheaded by a mentally sick man. Because of that tragic incident and in line with the Peace Is Possible campaign, JCI Taiwan launched the "I Care U" campaign which calls for positive actions to create a more peaceful society for the younger generation. As the girl's family nickname is "little light bulb", the light bulb became a symbol to call for a more peaceful society for children, and it is, thus, illustrated in JCI Taiwan's poster of "I Care U".
